Using TaskLabels on PCs and Macs
Our web app is an incredibly useful tool. First of all, it has additional features that our mobile versions do not have such as the ability to print labels and view progress reports. Plus you don’t need to install anything, simply open your browser and go to www.tasklabels.com, select Log in, enter your TaskLabels username and password in the spaces provided, and then our web app will automatically display all your tasks and labels. And you’ll receive a nice motivational message while you’re waiting for the app to load. And if you haven’t signed up yet, go to www.tasklabels.com, click Log in, and then select Sign up.

Using TaskLabels on Apple and Android Devices
TaskLabels happens to works on a variety of mobile devices too. Simply download the app in the App Store or Google Play and log in with your current TaskLabels username and password. If you aren’t sure what your TaskLabels username is, go to your TaskLabels settings [ ] and under Current user your TaskLabels username will be displayed. Knowing your TaskLabels username is also important for sharing labels; as your friends, coworkers, and family members must enter in your TaskLabels username before they can share labels to you.

Once you log in, your TaskLabels information will be automatically updated and synced with your TaskLabels data on any other computing devices that are using TaskLabels. And any new information you enter on one device will be reflected on the others. For example, if you create a new label and add tasks to that label, all that information will appear on any device you log in from. But the key point to remember is: you must use the same username and password across all devices.
Sometimes you may need to send data immediately from one device to another. To handle these situations, TaskLabels also has a sync button that allows you to manually synchronize data. After selecting this button [ ], all your data will be in sync on all your devices (Important safety tip: you must be connected to the Internet for this to actually work).
